• Eliminates factory-style ball joint with a robust 7/8" chrome moly heim joint

• CNC-machined billet heim cup with an upper locking bracket and inset washer

• Poly bushing at frame end for reduced road vibration

• .250 wall DOM steel bar with integrated bushing plug – no weld bungs

• Grade 8 hardware included throughout for maximum strength

• Clears engine crossmember on OBS trucks without trimming (when used with Sky's kits)

Why It Matters: Factory track bars are known to wear out quickly and perform poorly at higher lift heights. Sky’s track bar fixes this by replacing the factory axle connection with a heavy-duty heim joint secured in a billet cup, and using a poly-bushed frame end to maintain on-road comfort.

Installation Notes:

• Removal of the OEM axle joint may require heat and force (or a press).

• Heim cup installs in factory location—upward for 4”+ lift, downward for under 4”.

• Torque specs:

  • Heim bracket short bolt: 225 ft-lbs

  • Heim lower bolt: 110 ft-lbs

  • Frame side (OEM bolt): 160 ft-lbs

• Use red thread locker on all threaded hardware
